Refund and Returns Policy

At wethepeople.ie, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after this period, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

 

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition, including the original packaging. Certain items are not eligible for return, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and downloadable software products.

Additionally, we do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. If the refund is not posted, contact your credit card company and bank. If you have taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at {email address} and send your item to the provided physical address.

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.

To return your product, please mail it to the provided physical address. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
